It seems to me that if the old school is not functional and not worth repairing, It may be better to sell it to someone else and let them spend the money cleaning it up or tearing it down. At least lets look for some alternative to digging our financial hole any deeper. I say we do only necessary repairs and start saving some of the money for a change.
